Storybots-personalized ebooks for your iPad

www.storybots.com/

My students love, love these books. I use them to target verbs, verb tenses, pronouns, expressive writing, picture description and story retells. The books do not read to you and are not cause and effect but have great animations that play on each page. If you subscribe and become a member, the price is very reasonable, especially compared to ibooks and app books. Also checkout their web site for personalized abc videos

STUCK! in Guided Access Blues

This happened to me on Monday and it was a bit scary. Each time I entered my password and it was unsuccessful, the time until I could try again was increased by 30 seconds. I got up to 180 seconds lol. I used another iPad & did a quick search "stuck in guided access blues" and found this link. The steps worked perfectly well on the first try! Save this link in case it happens to you :-)
