Award for Continuing Education


Sue was recently awarded her fourth Award for Continuing Education (ACE) by the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) in recognition of her continued professional study. The ACE is a formal recognition of professionals who have demonstrated their commitment to lifelong learning by earning 7.0 ASHA CEUs (70 contact hours) within a 36-month period.
Sue ‘s recent studies workshops and training in The Beckman Oral Motor Approach to Assessment and Intervention, The Verbal Behavior Approach to Teach Language to Children, Selective Mutism, Children with Co-Existing ADHD, Language Processing & Sensorimotor Challenges, Introduction to PODD-Multi-Modal Communication, Best Strategies to Help SLP’s Support Student Literacy Skills and more.
