iDevice Workshop Opportunity on Mar7th, 2014 Exeter, NH Sue is presenting- iLearn-Intro To Your iPad for Educators (Beginner Users) So you got an iPad, now what? In this hands-on workshop participants will learn tips and tricks about operating their iPad, multi-tasking, organizing the screen, customizing it for students accessibility needs, Guided Access and Restrictions. Participants will understand the camera functions, importing, transferring, saving photos/videos/images, and searching efficiently on the Internet. Leave this workshop knowing how to Annotate a .pdf, write on a image, fill out a worksheet, create a book with images, video and recordings, make text speak, highlight, personalize an eBook, create a collage, talking postcard, scrapbook page, and make it speak. You will create a screencast, customize apps with your own content and learn 11 educational games using your own images and vocabulary. Additionally, resources for finding the best educational applications and for teaching with your iPad will be shared. Approximately 30 applications will be explored. Leave this workshop feeling confident knowing all You can do with your iPad! Participants will be emailed a list of FREE apps to download prior to attendance.
